There have been many changes to the Construction Industry over the past few years. People in this industry have to be prepared to change their ways and adjust to what the industry demands from them. Ltd in response for the need to change has over time evolved into five specialist identities under the banner of The MCQ Group. The MCQ Group has been finley groomed and trained to embrace change for the good of all that work under it’s banner. With this it has been able to achieve where so many have failed in the past. As they say ”everyone makes mistakes”. The important lesson in this is how you react to that situation is what is important.
With difficult times still forecasted for small business ahead we have taken the approach of a little bit at a time. Miendale employs on average 80 personnel through sub-contract and it’s employee base at this present point in time, but by the year 2015 we envisage a payroll of approximately 150 people.
