Director - Craig Althaus

With 20 years experience in the Civil Pipework industry, Craig Althaus is responsible for the overall vision and direction of The MCQGroup. Since joining his brother, Brett, in 1995, with Miendale Civil he has  been instrumental in firming the foundations of the company as well as  exploring new business opportunities to assist in its growth. In February 2009 Craig purchased the additional 50% ownership of the Group from his brother Brett, and is looking forward to taking it into the  future.

Financial Controller - Chris Harrison

As Financial Controller of The MCQ Group, Chris Harrison’s main responsibility is to ensure and increase the profitability of the business through creating and maintaining systems and procedures as well as individual responsibility and  accountability, which in turn, maintain the professionalism and  integrity of the business process. Chris is also a sounding board for the Management Team, a mentor, a source of ideas, a catalyst for  business innovation.

Supervisor - Keith Blaik

Keith’s primary role is to oversee the planning of every job and to ensure that the three of the six foremen he supervises are on track and on task. With over 24 years in the industry, Keith has accumulated knowledge and know-how through his experience as a pipe layer, leading hand and foreman. His  fifteen years with The MCQ Group have enabled him to step up to the role of supervisor, liaise with contractors and be the voice for Craig and Greg in the field
